Through its flagship Stay in School Project, the Bridgeway Foundation donated mathematical sets to the School of Child Lifecare in the Ningo Municipality in the Greater Accra region to promote educational excellence and improve opportunities for under-resourced schools.
The donation, carried out on June 3, 2025, was targeted at Form 3 Junior High School (JHS) pupils preparing for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), scheduled to commence on June 11, 2025.
Mathematical sets, essential tools for success in mathematics and integrated science, are often beyond the easy reach of many families. By stepping in, the Foundation seeks to ease the financial burden on parents and empower students to face their exams confidently.
“Education is the foundation of every thriving community. Through the Stay in School Project, we are not only giving out materials but also sending a message of hope and encouragement to students to confidently pursue their dreams,” Ms Perfect Abasah (the Foundation’s Administrative Secretary) remarked.
The school’s administration and teaching staff expressed profound gratitude for the gesture, describing it as timely and impactful. Teachers noted that the support would bolster pupils’ readiness, morale, and determination as they head into the national exams.
This initiative reflects Bridgeway Foundation’s broader mission of expanding access to quality education across Ghana, particularly in communities and schools that face ongoing resource limitations. By providing essential academic tools, the Foundation continues to remove barriers, inspire learners, and help shape a brighter future for Ghana’s young leaders.
